The Qatar BioInformatics Group (Q-BIG) was established by Qatar Genome Program in response to the exponential growth in the amount of data being produced locally in Qatar and to make the best use of the available bioinformatics resources. The group is a platform for all researchers to meet and share ideas and forge multicenter partnerships.
